Monster Brownies - Yum Yum!!!

So my husband and I did the mother of all food shops on Friday whilst waiting for our car to have it's MOT. One of our most frequent features on our weekly shopping list is butter, for baking, not for smothering on toast. My youngest step-son Dudley and I bake almost every weekend. He's more of a homebird than his older brother and we have really struggled for the last few years finding something to interest him that isn't electronic. When we started baking he found a new lease of life. He has a mini-pinny as we call it and a set of steps to reach the work tops. Anyway, whilst in Tesco we saw that Stork had an offer on two tubs of Stork 'perfect for cakes' for a mere £2.00! The bargain hunter side of me was delighted with this alone so it was an added bonus that it also came with free baking tin and Monster Brownie recipe. The chocolate monster and I baked the Monster Brownies on Saturday morning whilst the other two were at kids football. Not only was the recipe really simple and all of the ingredients were in my Mary Berry cupboard, but the method was in short easy steps which Dudley had a good go at reading for himself. I'm not a big cake eater, I far prefer the theraputic side to cooking and baking and the feel of domesticity when i'm fluttering around the kitchen in my pinny in a Mary Poppins style but Oh My Goodness these brownies were amazing! Very sweet and sticky but lush all the same. I've posted the recipe below.
